SUCCESSFUL BRAND BUILDING:

Influencer event resulted in great awareness and SoMe hype

We started working with Green People’s Danish distributor in spring 2013 to create awareness about the brand in Denmark and work with the brand’s image as a high performance organic beauty brand – with the purpose of increasing sales.

In January 2017 Green People took over the distribution of the brand themselves and chose to invest more in PR and social media. It is the year of their 20th anniversary and together with our client we have made a strategic plan on how to get more connected to Danish influencers and how to tell the amazing story behind this brand.

HOW TO IMPRESS AN INFLUENCER

Part of the strategy was an influencer event.

AMAZE planned and hosted an event for 15 selected bloggers in May 2017 when Green People launched two Anniversary Limited Edition product lines.

The setting was a dinner in a penthouse gallery in the very centre of Copenhagen. The food was inspired by some of the brand’s characteristics – vegan, gluten free – and ingredients from the new products presented at this event. The key ingredients – Damask Rose and Orange Blossom – were also used in the decoration of this beautiful venue. Creative product presentations and video were artistically displayed in the gallery.

All this was to ensure that the influencers would get a memorable experience with the brand and keep it top of mind when thinking about organic beauty products.

INSTA BOOM AND ALWAYS TOP OF MIND

Directly from the influencer event we created 54 clippings on blogs and Instagram within 24 hours which has an estimated PR Value of 202,500 DKK.

Also, it succeeded in helping us to build stronger relations between blogger and brand – the increase in mentions on blogs and instagram from 2016 to 2017 was nearly 50%.
